Boxes
Take a glance, take a look.
What is it that you see?
Take a peek, sit and watch.
What judgments do you make of me?
You see, with judgments there come limits,
of what I "can" and "cannot do" in your mind,
You make a box, and lock me in,
and in that box I am confined.
But when I, the prisoner in your box, break free,
and do something not in my box of your creation,
both your impression of me and your box are shattered,
and you stand and watch in fascination.
Because my life and dreams are too big for boxes,
you just can't lock them in.
Set me free, I'll do many things,
and man, I'll do them beautifully!
