I come from Soccer

Playing soccer in the field,
Waiting to see if this time my Dad will pick me up,
As always he never shows up
My best friend is the soccer ball.
Watching how the players dribble on TV
Makes me wonder if I will ever be as good.
The soccer field is my home.
The lockers become my room before and after a game.
My team is my FAMILIA, we are brothers.
I come from soccer.
Soccer is my life.
I will never leave or forget where I come from.
