Rumor Has It
She feels the chill of their glares
The frigidness of their hearts
The knives stabbed in her back
The shadows are surronding
They don't know
They've just been told
The rumble of shallowness
The whispers of hatred
Forsaken in a crowded room
She stands unwavered
The pain stunned as she smiles
She knows she is abandoned
Her barrier casted towering
As she allows no one close
Her identity to be kept
Distortion to be told
She is internally soundless
Because of the disfigurement
And never comprehending
Her actuality
