This is what you feel when you stop and look
My voice is lost in a sea of noise,
My sight is gone from looking at a black world,
My hearing died from hearing cries,
My taste is gone because everything is bitter,
My touch is afraid to feel pain,
This is what others feel,
I can feel them,
You can too if you stopped and looked,
But be careful it will leave you hollow.
