Confused
Joseph Kony wasn't the first.
Robert Mugabe was.
But nobody cared
Even as he destroyed my home
And forced me to move.
Nobody noticed.
Mugabe was the first
To make child soldiers kill,
To print money,
To lie and cheat people,
To starve for votes.
But nobody saw what he did.
No one put it on the internet,
Or tried to stop or help.
So why start with Kony?
What makes Uganda special?
Why didn't anyone help Zimbabwe?
That confuses me.
