Mirror
I once looked across a glass
Always seeing a different face
One that was oblivious to me
In every way for she despised me
And was nothing like me
So like the rest of humanity
We fought for our differences
A secret battle everyday
Then I finally won
And earned my recognition
So now when I look across that glass
I see my reflection
I see that glass
For what it should be as a mirror
