My freedom, my requiem.
I drop down.
I felt it.
Spilling and leaking
out.
A wedge in my heart,
my body dyed mahogany.
I am tired.
Worn out from this sight.
I close my eyes.
It's a shame I couldn't say
good bye.
As i look up and see
clouds and trees with
green blue and white,
not a single person in sight.
Calm and gentle.
I hear music,
sweet and clear.
The sign of freedom,
my requiem.
