How I died
There I was at the bewitched trail
I stared down as far as could
Painting for breath and, out of ideas
I knew nothing of this place
He would soon find me
A path, I found a safe easy to follow path
I just hope he doesn’t expect it, or else I’m dead
As I trek silently I feel eyes upon my back
But I didn’t dare look behind me
A bush rustled in the background
Then the foreground
Then the tree above me
The battle had commenced
The chase had begun
