Hoping And Wishing ; I Will Wait

I hope one day you run up to me
and tell me how you feel.
I hope one day you fall into me
and ask me to help you heal.
I wish that you could see
what makes me smile every day.
I wish you could look into the mirror
and finally believe in what I say.
I will wait until you understand
and I will say, "If only you knew..."
I will wait until you believe in me
and I will say, "I've been waiting for you."
