A New Day

The rise of a new day
washes the unclean
a new start
past left in past
time for new beginnings
we forget, move on
leave behind, regret
lead, succeed
to become who we are
to become
what we label as "me"
no more sorrow
no more pain
the dying willow finally burried
the last wilted rose
eventually cast away
recieve the joys
of life with an open
mind soul and heart
remember tomorrow
may never come
so live for
today
