He seduces me with promises
Carries me crosstown
Winds me through the bustling streets
Dazzles me with his lights
Brushes back my hair
And
Whispers into my ear
"You are mine. You shall never leave me"
However, his heart is open
To all those who want him
And before I know it
I am just another foolish lover
Lost between his fingertips
But forever captivated by his soul
