A Message
As the shadows lengthen
And the days begin to darken
As night takes up its abode
Leaving all to scurry and hasten
As love at first sight
As Nature with all her might
As the tender buds sprout
Reveling in the joy of light
Eyes fill with tears, legs wobble
On crutches does the old man hobble
Leaving a wrench in my heart
As perched does a robin bobble
Life is love, love life
Don’t give it up for a strife
Once lost cannot be found
A deep message from life!
