love and hate

If love and hate were to compete
which one would be left standing on their two feet?
If love won, would it change our fate?
or is it any different than hate?
Hate is a burning passion just like love.
But if they were to compete, who would come out above?
Could hate win, with it's trickory and deciet?
The line is thin where these two meet.
Love makes your heart soar like a dove with wings,
but hate with it's vial words, stings.
with tears of love
come tears of pain.
they blend together and are the same.
