Whats happening?
The lights flash bright burning my eyes. I fall to my knees beside her bed and cry. The bed starts to tremble as if it were an earthquake. People everywhere screaming, running in and out of the room monitors screaming out my father standing there holding her hand. Trying his best not to cry fear sets in what’s happening? I hear her scream out God please let me die! Please! I hear her scream louder. Tears fall even harder until darkness is surrounding me. It’s getting hard to breathe. Suddenly I feel someone’s arms around me carrying me away oh God what’s happening? My grandparents take me from the strangers holding me tight, I hear them whisper in my ear reassuringly it’s alright they will find out what’s wrong I promise. Darkness again… my mind begins to wonder was it all a dream? I find myself awake in a stiff hospital chair my mind is alert as I start to search for a familiar face. My eyes come to a stop on a face I long to see. I bolt right up and say in a hoarse voice is she okay?
