Tell me a story,
Dear little one
Tell me of days and battles that have been won
Tell me of adventures that still rein true today
Tell me of nightmares that turned out okay
Your sharp point
Like a sword for a knight
Your pink wonder
That erases mistakes that turned your smile tight
Tell me a story
Of Laughter and Love
Tell me a story
That fits me like a glove
You have told so much
The beginning and end
You have seen the smile
That can so easily bend
So powerful,
Yet small
You sit
And bring beauty to all
