Where were you?

I was here today in this horrible pain. I knew you was okay, but where were you when i needed you the most?
You was here at my side showing the light in my life. Your my guardian angel and you'll never let me fall. I knew you was by me, but where are you when I'm asleep? Your always in my mind and I know deeply that you'll never leave. I'm sitting in the cold rain and you are here. The only thing I can say is that I am lucky to have you here.
