Boiling anger
Hurt inside
Glaring gaze
Selfish pride.

A cry for mercy
Hits the ears
Of a dying heart
That cannot hear.

Waves of fury
Ebb no more.
The door unlocks
No longer sore.

A hand is laid
On the dying heart
The ire inside
Now depart.

This sounds like some ancient legend that can be read during a movie or something... or maybe it's just my imagination at night. xD Either way, good job! As you can see... I read it in a dramatic way.
