Everybody says that when life gets hard, you just keep on going. This is about a girl who didn’t, who just wanted to give up. Who began as a happy girl, yet turned into a heartless zombie walking the halls, not talking to anyone, just alone, a soul lost never to be found. Pushed around, passed around like food to a rich kid, not caring. She wanted to put up a fight, but decided not to. She gave up, surrendered. She let herself be absorbed into the light. She found out what an angel feels like, how she can protect her family without being there. But she came back and lived, walked the grounds again. Put a mask, and smiled hiding her pain, and sorrow. In the end she just kept living her life, as Kelsey.

Wow This is amazing...Very deep and truthful. The second I started reading, I felt myself diving into the story "living every moment this girl went through" you have a great talent with giving a deep sense to your story even short yet still very powerful. Keep it up and live it don't let it become a "work" just keep it as a hobby and a way to escape from "Life" a little bit. Thanks for sharing this.

I can connect. It has so much emotion, rawness, and all in all, amazingness. It is absolutely, beautiful. You do have such a talent. Don't give up, please; the beginning is always the hardset but in the end, it's all worth it. You are talented. Thank you for sharing this.

This free verse "which I see is dedicated to someone else" reminded me of a girl in my school. Good visionarys for all that are reading !

I love the view expressed by this poem, but it feels like a beginning that has no true end. I don't know if that's the style you were intending but I like it.

I`ve had people hurt me, and the only thing that kept me from killing myself was by swearing to myself that i would lie to spit on the graves of all the people who ruined my life. When you have died, they have won. Remember that.

As my eyes seared into this piece of work, I understand that sorrow is filled within the lines of this article. How it's not just something you decided to right, but it's something you felt. That this feeling became tangible, and all there is left to say is, "Keep moving." Because you hope to one day this will all be worth it, but you ask yourself, "is it truly worth all of this?" and my answer to you.. is yes. because in the end, it doesn't matter what you went through; all that matters is that you made it. Great Job

I love this!!! Pleas write more <3 It's wonderful. Also you may wan't to find a rhyme scheme if you are making it poetry, and maybe put it in to poetry format....bt beside that it is a wonderful piece!
