Sometimes I wonder
If Jesus would have
Done it, had he known
We'd turn out like this.

Sometimes I don't
Believe in love.
But I do believe in sin,
And that it has the
Power to change us
Into someone we don't
Recognize.
Whether or not we like
That person
Is up to us.

Sometimes, when I
Am all alone,
I wonder what my
Purpose is
And if you have anything
To do with it.

Sometimes,
When I'm all alone,
I hope that you do.
