Words in My Head
Words that I am thinking
Words that I have thought
Flowing from my mouth,
it doesn't seem to stop
I hope I don't forget these words
That will be a shame
Losing these words could cause me some pain
Words are nothing
Until you give them meaning
From my mouth to paper and pen
Words are my best friend
Words are rich like gold
They are yours to be told
Words you begin to picture
Like a TV in your head
Some things you see are better than said
Words that you say or think
You have to write them down
Your mouth forming shapes
Producing sound
Words are like children coming out to play
That's what I think
I don't know what else to say
This is where I came from
This is where I start
Words keep coming
From a place I call my heart
