Envision
I envision
a paradise,
every time you smile,
every time you laugh.
No one is there,
except you, and I,
no parents,
no siblings,
We lay in a meadow,
our bodies intertwined,
no one to stop us,
from doing what comes natural.
We slow dance through the dance hall,
my hands on your hips,
your hands on my shoulders,
no one bumps into us,
for there is no but you, and I,
no one to stop us.
We lay on a bed,
our lips meet,
our legs intertwined,
our hands exploring each other.
The only light in the room,
comes from the pale moon,
shining in through a open window.
Then my mind snaps back to reality.
I look into the camera and smile.
I say I love you into the microphone.
You smile back and reply,
I love you hun,
your hands form a heart,
my heart flutters, and I blow you a kiss,
you smile then look around,
your lips turn into a frown,
I have to go,
my parents are home,
you say.
I hold my hand up to the screen and smile,
you hold your hand to the screen and smile,
it's almost like we are holding hands for the first time.
I pull my hand away and say
Goodnight my love,
and turn off skype,
before it hurts anymore to say bye.
