I Want to Hold Your Hand
I want to hold your hand
It's gentle curves so delicate
But strong and rigid
You grace the visage of my palm
Your hand makes me feel wanted
It Makes me feel warm
It Makes me feel protected
It helps me weather the storm
Our spirits can dance out our fingertips
Glossy memories dance through our palms
Our lives can intertwine
Weaving together on Love's loom
It's just two hands though
Mindless interlocking of fingers
Seemingly meaningless
The comfort of your hand lingers
Just to hold your hand
For a second, a minute, an hour
I'd give the world for it
This action has the most divine pow'r
