Silent, Blazing, Nowhere
I'll be honest with you
I haven't got much of a heart in me
tonight
to put in a poem
Sitting on the edge of my porch
legs swinging back and forth
eyes closed
trying to feel each rain drop on my bare feet
I think that its very important to acknowledge the momentary presence of each and every rain drop
I come in contact with
at least right now it is
Right now
is a cluster of moments
I've never experienced before
Right now
I have no where else to be
there is nothing else to do
and there is no one else to see
It's just me
you
and the rain
