Put on your hat
And some lipstick
Make sure no one’s looking
Start with some clothes again
And choose the ones which don’t suit you at all
Put some gloss too
And curve your lips a bit
Practice that fake smile for it takes some effort,
Put up a sham and hide behind it
Lock your weaknesses and put barricades around
your heart, your precious little broken organ.
