David
He’s gentle & caring,
Chivalrous & kind,
And to all of my flaws,
He is lovingly blind.
His eyes how they brighten,
With his arms ‘round me warm,
He keeps me safe & sheltered,
From the strength of the storm.
He’s spiritual and smart,
And quite close to The Father,
He’s always willing to talk,
States I’m never a bother.
He answers my questions,
So brightly and quick,
It makes me want to know,
What makes him go tick.
Now David you see,
Is a young man who’s quite fine,
And when it comes down to it,
I’m so lucky he’s mine.
