Violets
Shy out of my mind, running out of rhymes, I'm stumbling faster
She makes me believe in second chances
I'll never take another moment for granted
Her hair gleams with glints of summer
When everything didn't make sense and the future was open
Now she's all that makes sense
While everything is variable she is constant
My love for her has grown since autumn's red glare
Like a bud blossoming into a beautiful violet
It is to be cherished, never trampled
My love for her only grows
It is unwilting
