A pool of wonders
A pond of despair
I am the lake of life
The ancient mystery
Forever young, Forever blue
Everywhere you see me
My movements are a blur
My presence is a cure
Eons may pass
Without a thought, without a care
I will be here for years to come
Forever here, always near
I shall remain
On this very earth I shall be.
