What Your Wishes May Come
Tell me where does the rain go, once the sun comes out?

Am I nothing but a forgotten child?
Am I to be tormented every once in a while?
The thoughts run me endlessly into a corner of truth,
Maybe it’s where I grind my teeth and shake my ends loose.
It’s like my confessional without a priest to listen.
No matter what wishes may come.
I can’t stand to look in the mirror awaiting a different outcome…
