Jealousy
Today as i was sitting outside on the ground
I saw a bright green leaf of grass
On top of that leaf of grass
Was a single raindrop
Untouched
Perfect
I found myself plucking it from the earth
Destroying it
Ruining it's perfect beauty
I begin wondering
Why does it seem to be human nature
To want to touch the untouched
To marr beauty
To unperfect the perfect
To make the clean unclean
One answer came to mind
Jealousy
