Constellations MAG
Your face has become a distant memory
Of hollowed eyes and shaky hands
The cigarette I saw today fell through
the cracks
It fell into its own constellation of
doomed fate
The light burnt out but the poisoning
nicotine was there to stay
And whenever I see a pack of Marlboros
or a bottle of whiskey
I see a broken constellation that was
born to die
With a portal for only the saddest people
Born to die, I am falling into your
constellation
My constellation of happiness, constantly
on standby
