When I Die

When I die I hope you drown your sorrows
In simplicity,
And remember the beauty of life.
I hope there will be someone to wipe away your tears,
And love you like I did.
When I die, lash out with love
And bury your anger in the shadows of good.
Repent with me in mind
And know my life wouldn’t have been the same
If you were not in it.
