Poem 21
If you're looking,
you will find me
at the door of the
church downtown,
looking into sacred waters
trying to find a reflection
that pleases me
But none do
so I slap the water,
break the peace
and my violence ripples
the water
across the ocean
There you shall find me
That is, if you're looking.
