I Miss You
I remember how it felt when you held my hand,
sending me away to a far away land.
Listening to the sound of your heart beat,
while I couldn't' feel the ground underneath my feet.
The smell of your skin swirling through my mind,
gives me a feeling of comfort somewhere inside.
Looking at your picture will never be enough,
because saying goodbye was all too rough.
Someday I hope, something will bring me back to you.
Like the way it was, just us two.
So instead of writing this,
I could have just said,
I miss you.
