“Sometimes, you read a book and it fills you with this weird evangelical zeal, and you become convinced that the shattered world will never be put back together unless and until all living humans read the book.”

I am a foothiller
Not a killer
And most certainly not ancient
But radiant
I have a story
That has some glory
And I’ll tell it to you
If you’re feeling blue

There once was a school
It was not really cool
It was nice
There was no ice
It was clean
Until day fourteen
Then it began
The fury of a man
They changed the routes to class
Everyone was almost last
To class everyday
What can I say?
There was nothing fun
It is done
It’s over
Like the underside of a clover
The year ended one upon another
With nothing left to bother

I went there
I found it a cross to bear
To walk in shame
Cause the school name
Sounded gross
And morose
That’s the story
It has no glory
