Broken Crown
Sometimes I wonder if it’s do or die
I walked into deep water and I’m going down with your lie
Trying to keep my head above water
I’m trying to see you clearly
One day you were teaching me how to swim
The next you watched me drown
You promised me forever
But now in flames we’re burning down
You're my angel and my devil,
My nightmare and my daydream
You smile’s so nice, but your words are so mean
You make me feel useless dumb and unwanted
Now with your threatening words I’m taunted
I know she’s gorgeous crazy and fun
But why’d you kick me out and make me run
You yelled you screamed
You hit me hard
Promises were broken, lies were told
You told me off because your heart is cold
Everything that goes up has to come down
I was your queen but you broke my crown
