See Myself
And I can see myself
reflected
in the centre of
your eyes through crystal clear
drops
I see myself hanging
on the tip of your tongue on
the prick
of your fingertips
under your nails
kept close
just scraping the surface of your
skin
and I can see myself
through the spots and scars drawn
on your body
cuts deep in your flesh
wounds remain
I see myself
slipping
down your wrists disguised
in red
with viscosity I
drip
down
faded
residue of honest breathe
lingers
on purple skin
ringing
ears splitting
pounding
I can see myself
through your cringed eyes
pain absorbed
tears tearing
through open wounds
stinging
making way down concave cheeks-
I can see myself,
I see myself
through the worst parts of you.
