" My Muse"
"Muse (for so long)"
For so long; silence.
for so long; darkness.
for so long; empty.
for so long; medicating to feel something and medicating to feel numb.
for so long; never seeing the breath of life's beauty.
for so long; climbing out of and slipping into the blank spaces.
Just now; I hear music again.
Just now; I see color again.
Just now; I can breathe again.
Just now; I can feel again.
And what I feel is absolutely ridiculous, irrational, teenage, beautiful, abhor-able, graceful, and completely encompassing adoration for you.
For long; I had no muse.
Just now; I found you.
