IS IT REALLY FOR PEACE!?
People always say they fight for peace,
but yet, all they do is wage war!
They swear and yell at each other!
They strike fear and sap innocence!
They use bombs and explosives to kill people!
They make families lose members!
They make citizens worried and bring harm to them!
They keep people as hostage!
They claim they want peace and love,
with the absence of hate and harm,
but all we do is cause war!
All we do is destroy peace!
So what do they really fight for!?
Peace!?
Ha! Please don’t make me laugh!

First, thanks. Second, Why the west? Third, I'm not sure, but I can tell you what I would do. Don't wage ware just try to talk through it. If that doesn't work then maybe you might have to bomb the terrorist country, because you never know who is a terrorist so you would want to prevent others coming. Any violent action should be last. I'm not against any counter attacks I'm against saying the reason you do it is for peace and not self perseverance. They do it, because they fear losing there own lives. I fell like they could careless about peace, but more about their selfishness. @Queen_of_Mediocrity

This is an interesting poem, which makes me curious about your opinion regarding the following: what do you suggest the West does to counter threats from terrorists (assuming you believe in countering threats at all)?
