Just You and I Alone
Baby, I know places we can go
Into the woods we will roam
Far, far from home
In the dark misty night
Just you and I alone
Take my hand now, vagabond
We'll find a place where we belong
And I'll write the words to our song
Our songs of love and wandering
Just you and I alone
Follow my footsteps down the road
Along the fences we can go
And no one will know
Together we can walk that way
Just you and I alone
When we reach that secret place
We will not want to leave for days
For I will meet your undying gaze
And that will make us stay
Just you and I alone
Wed me to the grass and leaves
And your love will forever be
Mine to keep for eternity
Even when we both depart
Just you and I alone
Remember this place, after I die
Come again, solitary this time
And remember when I said you are mine
My vagabond lover, I love you
And just you alone...

Wandering alone in the woods at my school during my off-block and realizing the beautiful places to explore. I love nature and have a passion for love, and the combination inspired it. I also have a dark side, which comes at the end of this poem.
