Oasis fills with green pads,
like a wall keeping hooks out.
Near this wall, I cast my line.
Line tightens. Colossal fish!
Snaps the line! Pole ruptures in half!
Do not tease beyond the green wall.

This is a traditional form of Korean poetry called a sijo, and it is in the 6 line form.
