Dreams
They're as dark as the new moon night,
And as deep as the valley among mountains,
But beautiful enough to shame the flaming dawn;
With hopes in the air,
And sub-conscious desires at the brim,
Waiting to spill out,
Finding a way out into the real world;
The world that isn’t
As worthy as it seems,
The world that can shatter them all
With the practicality it holds,
With no place for desires
But just one’s goals!
