My land
India, my mother, my country, my land,
Adorned with hills, plains and sand.
The nation of diverse people with hope,
No one in this land does ever feel alone.
A nation climbing towards progress,
Resides in the heart of every man in this State.
Tigers and elephants, peacocks- evergreen,
Mother Nature, in this country is evidently seen.
Peace and prosperity resides in the nation,
May not be in economy but in its population.
The islands are a scenic beauty,
While the Everest is His Majesty.
A country that has given birth to heroes of all time,
Is also the recipient of the most number of Noble Prize
Cricket, hockey, in tennis it’s a star
World’s top positions, its children do capture.
