Independent Clause MAG
She
She is an independent clause
Soaring above the sky not being tied down
By missing information
Such as a predicate or a subject
She is not dependent
He
He on the other hand
He is a dependent clause
A forever incomplete sentence
Tied down by a simple in-between
An although, a because, or a when
Together they are a sentence
Together they are a complicated sentence
She doesn’t want complications
Alone she can be a simple sentence
But with another clause
Another independent one,
She can be a compound sentence
She can’t
She can’t be a compound sentence with him
Correctly punctuated she can be happy
If only he could give that to her
But he is forever dependent on her
