The Faults in Earth's Line
There are faults in this Earth’s line.
A fiery core
A burning sun
A lifeless moon,
Deadening creatures,
Demented dark,
And yet…
There are birds flying by
Life all around us,
And beauty in the air.
The sun full of light,
The sky without a care.
The moon--nor the sun,
Would be complete without the other.
There are faults in this earth’s line,
But what would they be without eachother?

On my journey to discovering what true happiness is, I found that Americans have an especially difficult time being joyful. Why? Because, we overuse happiness and identify it as the only acceptable emotion to have. The true emotion would be far less felt. If happiness was somthing everyone felt everyday, it would be a far less genuine experience.
