The Meaning of Life
“Grandpa, what is it like to be so old?” questioned the child.
“Huh? What did you say?” asked the old man.
“I said, what is it like to have years of life experience?” inquired the child.
“Huh? What was that, sonny?” the old man said as he leaned toward the child.
“I SAID, WHAT IS THE MEANING OF LIFE?” the child shouted.
“Why are you shouting? I’m right here!” the old man said with a raised voice.
“I’m getting you a hearing aid for Christmas!”
“What?”
Sigh.
