For a Moment
Stop for a moment and look around. Within the blink of an eye everything can disappear. Vanish from sight. Leaving you in a void of darkness. What now? Sat alone in your your head. Thinking and dreaming of the things that could be. Wondering what could have happened, what would have happened. Take a breath. In that short time everything could come back. The colors surfacing, sounds reappearing. Life coming back together. For a moment things may seem as if they're falling apart, but as quickly as things fall apart, you can tie it all back together. You can be what holds it all together. You are strong. You are loved. You are valued. You are whatever you want to be, if you believe it for a moment.
