Do they hear me?
Do they hear me?
I am telling them my ideas,
their responsibilities, yet
their eyes show no interest.
Will they help me?
“We are collaborating meaning
the work should be shared”, I say
and then ask for their help.
Is this now my responsibility?
I sigh as they make excuses,
one after the other as to why they
cannot help tonight.
If we fail is it my fault?
