Wadded up papers and eraser debris crowd my desk
I check my work and the numbers don’t add up yet again
Ugh! Why is this happening!
I studied for hours but now the math problems float on the page in front of me
Swirling in to a giant jumble
The questions taunt me with their incomprehensible answers
“I need to get a perfect score on this” I think
