Ocean (trilogy)
You walk forward
You walk forward and it laps at your feet
A harmless creature, a large lake
You walk forward and it slaps at your shins
It was underestimated, but not strong
You walk forward and it crashes into your thighs
It knocks you backwards but you regain your feet
You walk forward and it shoves into your stomach
You fall backwards and it fills your mouth but you get up once more
You walk forward and it looms over you head
A rushing shadow, filled with power and terror
You walk forward
Waves
Crashed down on a head
You spin and spin unable
To find the surface
On drowning
You fall so far that your ears fill too full
You fall so far that the waves still a lull
You fall so far that your eyes cease to see
You fall so far that you'll soon cease to be
You fall so far that you won't get your breath
You fall so far that this is your death
You fall so far that the sky will come down
You fall so far that with me, you'll drown
