Ode to My Phone
You wait for me to wake up
And before it’s time for school
You yell in my ear and i have close
Your mouth
You follow me to school bugging me
Distracting me in class by always making
Me look at new stuff that pop up in your mind
Even though these don’t really help me with anything
Your a good friend your there through my breakups
When there’s death in family you let me hold you to
Make me feel safe your smooze and always slip away
From me rose gold you blind me in the sun
But people are always trying to take you
From me and u let them without a fight
The sad thing about you your face is cracked
Like the san andreas fault and if i don’t charge you, you die
But don’t worry i always keep your a portabile
Oxygen to keep you breathing sometimes
We lose connection and we grow far apart
But we always find our way back to each other
Toward the end of the day your still my friend
And i love you
